The company is open to innovation and readiy adopts lates technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that's maintenance, and have numbers of plants in India.Pluse point that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Copensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 16-24 hours straight in a day as I have to attand maintenance and commissioning/moveing machinery and audit documents prepared in late night.Manager do not value an individuals. Unique strength,which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the ttime.I do receive appreciation e-mails from my engineers companies. Work Details

Generally my work responsibility is daily shift monitor, maintenance/pervantive maintenance /commissioning, installation and moveing machinery Supervisor, Checked spears stock and maintain record, indent and purchase orders. I can say having full enjoy

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
