I will rate it 5/5. Too many things to learn, working 3yrs in VMMC boost my knowledge & confidence to utmost level. Each cases which I read in books, I found in VMMC. Consultants are knowledgeable & very co-operative. Collogues are also very helpful. It is my pleasure to work in VMMC.. And want to thanks VMMC for all I learnt from here.

Some procedures are not given by faculty to juniors like fiberoptic intubation, USG guided blocks.. the faculties used to do these them self... Otherwise VMMC is a very nice place to work,to learn, to boost confidence
