I like nothing about working in Vardhaman College of Engineering. It is very far from the city and works on utopian methods.

The management has no respect for teachers or parents. They just squeeze money out of parents and give sub-standard education to poor students. The teachers in first year are okay, but once you move into core departments, you get the worst teaching experience. There is no discipline among the students. The management tortures teachers and students alike. They don't pay salaries on time and they always give more work just to keep people occupied....Read More
