Dislikes

Growth is very slow, working hours are 12 to 13 hours in all 365 days, No weekly off. Management not valued the old employee. I also work with this company since 2001 but my growth is very slow. Overall if you are free from all social responsibility Than this job is great to you. No promotion, no recommendation, no appreciation, no weekly off......

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
