As a 10th grade student, the In-house on-the-job #trainings and cross functional work allotments, helped me to gain a strong #knowledge about the business process and functions. In the year of 2013, I needed to take 2 years #break in my career due to marriage and #maternity. I found the new role very familiar as I applied the knowledge gathered during my on-the-job training.
