With following the future plans, company hiring too many employees. As a result of this, international travel and exposure opportunities reduced. Employees are being forced to participate in team building activities. Within engineering department, upper management is somewhat at disturbed state as many seniors leaving the company. This causes manager and leads having single handed power. Also employees and freshers who joined have no practical knowledge due to which people stuck in the company. Salary is comparatively ok. Culture is mildly polluted due to hiring loads of people coming from different environment and bringing up ideas from their background. But overall its a nice place to be.
