Working at Vanderlande is good who wants hybrid culture .

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

You have to work for those who himself do not have sufficient knowledge & will force you work according to them or else you will be put under lower grade . Worst for finance culture no knowledge upgrade only manual work & will force you to di such activities which are beyond your scope. There is a groupism of few persons and they will add or delete activities according to their requirements & at the time of appraisal you will not be considered for better appraisal instead you will be given lessons of culture , better communication, team work , etc....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
