Dislikes

With following the future plans, company hiring too many employees. As a result of this, international travel and exposure opportunities reduced. Employees are being forced to participate in team building activities. Within engineering department, upper management is somewhat at disturbed state as many seniors leaving the company. This causes manager and leads having single handed power. Also employees and freshers who joined have no practical knowledge due to which people stuck in the company. Depending on projects their attitude towards employees changes, example UL and Australian projects have very strict timings and follow ups which causes employees always stressed....Read More
