There is nothing to be likable in this organisation. You dont know when you will get your salary. you dont know whether next month you will be get a job or will sit idle at home on LWP forcefully by the organisation.

1. HR team is the worst in the organisation they are the main culprit for the bad environment. they always tell you about the policies which are not in a documented form it arises according to the situation. 2. Seniors are only concerned with work they will not give you any learning about the assignment. 3. You will not praised for the good work but will scolded badly by the seniors if you done any nominal mistake....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
