The people here are nice. You can easily connect to people here irrespective of hierarchy. Management promotes training and development by keeping trainings of various topic like internal audit, USGAAP, Advance excel. There are even trainings of basic excel for articles and trainees. And all these are accessible to all the employees across the organisation irrespective of their department.

Sometimes the work gets hectic due to limited resources.

Everything's really good. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
