Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Literally there is nothing as such that is likeable here the company is culture is so toxic. I would never recommend anyone to join unless and until you are ready to work 13-14 hours a day. Sick mentality people who have got huge post. No respect for employees. Bad language, bad culture.

Some Managers don't deserve the position they have got.Iliterate manager. They have a product Team where one manager is literally Sick mentally. He is a devil in humans body. Terrible work pressure. Management is at level zero. they can make you work on weekends also. You can improve your skills and learn from here but you are going to work here like almost 7 days a week and there will be no personal life you can't get time to do another work, sometimes you have to skip your meal and on the weekdays you have to work till midnight. so that means you can improve your skill in anywhere.
