My over all experience is worst working with value point. Management is greedy the want to make profit by sale there employee. make their personal life terrible. they had treating there employees as animals in the return give only promise nothing else. They said we are businessman we don't care about your problem.

work with value point you feel like you are a bonded labor. Client teat you like they are purchase you from slave market.

I am happy that I worked with Valupoint systems Pvt LTD. I always follow good practice to maintain governance and work culture as per client requirement. If we are good for others then every one is good for us. I do receive appreciation from Clint and from my management and they give chance to me to take decisions. So I feel happy with VPS.

This is only company who takes FMS contract & hire the staff for the same, once contract is terminated after that kickout the employee..

I was working in VPS as system expert & i was provided FMS support in dnata project but i had not received any support from VPS.
