Only company is big Infrastructure wise only and Salary Paid on timely , apart from this all things are very bad.

This was the first company in my history in which i have seen different different HR policy for all employees without any holiday calendar and there was no any employee's benefits. This company is create employees discrimination. Company HR head treat like as she is owner of company and she is unusually make issue for all employee.She write 15 days notice period in offer letter and once you give resignation then she force you have to serve 30 days notice period. I have seen, no any respect for backend employee and company think only Sales and Store Manger are contributing in the growth of the company. so many parties organized in this company only for Sale manger in Noida corporates office in front of backend employees but company never to allow/Invite to join with this types of company. One more things i noticed in this company, if you have worked long time in this company then company never appreciate and treat as garbage of this company and later on no salary increased in coming future. In last i want to say that think so may times before joining this company....Read More
