If you want to learn and grow as a tech engineer Valuepitch is a great place to have. It has a Mixed bag of Classical and modern technology blend. Compensation is Moderate and sometimes work pressure is very high being a start up like company sometimes you have to be ready to work on weekends / From home late nights As only one person is involved in a given project at a time there are chances of getting stuck in the middle for longer periods.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
