Its been 15 months that i am working here and what my experience is we are having positive workplace culture which is very vibrant and positive significantly boosts job satisfaction. Companies that encourage teamwork, open dialogues, celebrate achievements, and provide a supportive atmosphere create a more enjoyable work environment.

Work-culture is too bad. Politics at its peak. Delayed salary Clockwatchers Employees are chained to their desks. No job security. Unrealistic recruitment targets. Cost cutting behind the veils of cost cutting. And WHAT NOT!!

I have been working here from last 8 years, and this is a long journey that I have experienced, the culture, the learning part is excellent, we are not working on single client with limited work rather we are serving multiple clients. Work is ample. Seniors are very helpful Multiple Positions. Work life balance. No pressure of work like other consulting firms.
