Pros: 1. Great team mates

Dislikes

Cons: 1. Micromanaging a lot : You have to send to do task to your manager and what you done and you have to update weekly task done sheet to HR. 2. Worst attitude by your manager even for small issues they will ask the reasons (Mistakes happens its not a big deal unless its not repetitive) 3. No job security if they like they will keep if not they will fire you with a stupid silly reasons. 4. HR department worst : Another worst department even if you ask for small queries they will say ill get back to you after discussing. 5. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
