I learn a lot from my seniors (TL) as well as colleagues. Also an opportunity to learn and develop projects in Flutter also, Company is providing trainings. Before Covid-19 there were Free lunch facility in terrace cafeteria.

Before Sep-19 Company there were 2nd & 4th Saturday off, After that all Saturdays off and 5 days a Week but increased an Hour for 5 day. (Changed timings 9 to 7PM from 9 to 6PM).

Everything start from bottom to top management (Except Peons). Each and every department is working without SOPs. Including HR. No HR policy is formulated for employee benefits. they have 50 page HR manual but not a single line indicating good thing about employee rights and benefits. Only 1 CL per month, 10 Hours work, 2 year bond system(Which is one way only), original marksheet also they keep with them. All Seniors are bad in behavior and least in outer world experience and knowledge. Serious career oriented people should not join this company. In mid of any situation, Head HR will ask to leave an organisation by saying that you are no more require in the company. She is act like company's director, never respond to employees as well as candidates on time. One thing I liked about the company was that there were opportunities to directly communicate with the client and grow while dealing with this. Other than that I don't think that I'd spent a single day regretting on being in that company. Management was poor, no work culture, worst political culture.
