The company is for manufacturing rubber O rings of different sizes the staff is very supportive and everything thing is very time bound no need to seat late hours we get sufficient time for extra curricular activities.It was fun working over there as the company is very old and environment is very nice.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike I have enjoyed my each and every movement.

Work Details

It's more of accounts and administration related work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
