Nothing ... It is a freelancing company but hires employees saying they are permanent ! They will pay you incentives but they are nothing when compared to the targets.

Dislikes

1. No job security: The owner of this company and the senior management will use any unethical measure to save their employee cost. They will terminate you whenever feasible for them majorly during the off-season in the USA ( June-august) 2. Targets: The targets are achievable but ..but.. they will pay you nothing in comparison to the targets. They will increase your targets in peak season and terminate you in the offseason so that they are in a win-win situation. For example, Your target will be 12 questions per day. In case of surplus, they will pay you 75/question. But your basic salary will be 17,000. So you will work for 19,800 ( 12 questions per day*22 days*75 per question) and the target will increase by period. 3. Management: The management is the worst in this company. Pay attention to the pattern these people are very money-minded, they do not have any ethics regarding the employees. They will treat you as a "majdoor". They will just use you for their profits and throw you whenever they feel so. Overall: Join them for 2-3 months and leave this organization ASAP if you are doing it as a result of some unavoidable circumstances. Lockdown has made employees very helpless and organizations like vaidik are using the situation.
