This company lacks in almost every field be it training, job security, growth, salary, work-life balance everything is just terrible. I worked as a content developer with this company. Here is my summary regarding this company: (1) You would be hired as a full-time employee but the job would be totally target based. The more questions you solve, the more money you get per question. It is a freelancing job. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> (2) There is no job security</mark>. You can be hired on the 1st of the month after a rigorous and irritating process of the interview while at the same time they can terminate you in the same month. It totally depends on them. (3) The management of this company is terrible. Subject leads do not have even a single leadership quality. You can keep asking them something but they would respond only if they want. My advice to anybody willing to join this company is that please avoid this company as much as possible. If you have just no other option then it is a different thing. If you have any other option, go for it. This place is not good for your growth. As I said, if you can manage to get a freelancing position in this company, it is better because there's not much difference and you'll have way less work stress....Read More

Nothing ... It is a freelancing company but hires employees saying they are permanent ! They will pay you incentives but they are nothing when compared to the targets.

1. No job security: The owner of this company and the senior management will use any unethical measure to save their employee cost. They will terminate you whenever feasible for them majorly during the off-season in the USA ( June-august) 2. Targets: The targets are achievable but ..but.. they will pay you nothing in comparison to the targets. They will increase your targets in peak season and terminate you in the offseason so that they are in a win-win situation. For example, Your target will be 12 questions per day. In case of surplus, they will pay you 75/question. But your basic salary will be 17,000. So you will work for 19,800 ( 12 questions per day*22 days*75 per question) and the target will increase by period. 3. Management: The management is the worst in this company. Pay attention to the pattern these people are very money-minded, they do not have any ethics regarding the employees. They will treat you as a "majdoor". They will just use you for their profits and throw you whenever they feel so. Overall: Join them for 2-3 months and leave this organization ASAP if you are doing it as a result of some unavoidable circumstances. Lockdown has made employees very helpless and organizations like vaidik are using the situation. BUT DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR INCENTIVE POLICIES, As soon as you start over achieving your target (which means you are eligible for incentives), they will start doubting your work and efficiency or your overall targets will be increased otherwise they will tell you, you cannot work for incentives....Read More

CAREER GROWTH OPTIONS ARE ZERO. PLEASE GO THROUGH ALL THE POINTS TO KNOW ABOUT THE COMPANY IN DETAIL. It is a target based company. Whether you are a fresher or you have more than 1 year of experience you have to complete your targets otherwise you will have to FACE DEDUCTIONS IN YOUR SALARY. Everyone has targets except for some managers or team leads favoured by the management. If you work for more than a year in that company and ask for appraisal or promotion you will not get one, instead you will be forced directly or indirectly to resign. They will humiliate or demotivate you to the core that you will not have any option except resigning. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> JOB SECURITY IS LOW</mark>. They can terminate you whenever they want stating that you have violated the company policy. During work from home due to COVID-19 they have gone from poor to worst, they can blame you for anything.
