Lot of politics , worst hr system , no learning, people busy in just developing good relationships with manager . If you are highly educated lets suppose from premier colleges like iit / iim / nit . Please avoid this place you will stuck between very less educated peoples , no peer to peer learning, only learning will be about jewellery and out dated technologies.
