No work life balance, no other benefits, very slow job/work process, working like government company very slow and very complicated and lengthy work process. Manual leave form submission with multiple sign of senior, no attendance software, vacmet is working like it is in 1990. no culture, only work and only work is important.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
