The company is actually good. But the persons in the management for this particular Angul site are worst. They put personal benefits over the organisation. They'll put various kinds of pressure on you to work like a manager but in the post and with the salary of a helper. Increment is below average here.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It is the most degraded and abased place to work at. Starting from company' management to the colleagues. No on job training provided and disgraceful politics between management. My team Incharge has an affair with the site head, and that person terminates every competent candidate forcefully whoever is smarter or better than her. Very low salary hike and Infact the company doesn't even do very little than as promised during the interview discussion. No overall growth, you will only find people who are petty minded. There is zero work life balance you are even asked to do 14 hours even after A shift to B shift. People do not respect each other and company's management is worst....Read More
