Management is supportive...company policies are favorable...job security is there if you do not become a victim of office politics

Not a good place to work for females as they are always judged on the basis of their lifestyle and appearance...staff is more interested in your personal life rather than work....staff is very orthodox...old staff always manipulate new joinees to resign. No benefits...no work from home especially in accounts department...salary deduction is there...management always gives explanation to employees company is going in losses to deduct their salaries
