Just copy paste what Mittal doing and what Mittal telling. Observed that Mr. Senthil Kumar's behavior reflects high level ego, which has made it difficult for him to collaborate effectively with others, His limited experience with MNC organization's and lack of exposure to hybrid work cultures may be contributed to this. additionally , his approach to leadership dose not seem to align with the qualities' needed for effective team management. collaborative mindset would be beneficial for someone in a leadership position.
