Job security stand in length with the company. Gross CTC offer is nice and AT part. Training is merely formalities.

Dislikes

Standard HR policies. No of break-ups in CTC offer which eventually conclude less than expected net salary

As long as work in the private sector there is obvious hectic ambiance with target.No work-life balance.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
