Dislikes

For some people, the growth part can be a hard time as I have seen many of my coworkers working on the same positions for more than a year now and HR policies are not good at all, you don't get paid leaves not even for 1 day that is something many people are bothered with, work-life balance is ok as this kind of work gets boring after some time.

Work Details

As a process associate, I have to deal with Australian people claims files as well as calls, we have to pitch for our company to them and if we are able to consult them well then we have to make claim file for them and then forward it to our solicitor.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
