Good work environment and teammates are supportive. Management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they have given good salary hike and bonus every year

The job is quite interesting. As a fresher I struggled a bit in the beginning, as there was on job training session, I learnt essential skills that helped me to perform well during job.

We not no job security in this company. Telling the pandemic as reason they laid off some and also made only half of the salary which affected the employees day to day life. Overall the company is ok and made a platform for learning some too..

Good working envoirment and culture.company policies are good, appraisal are fair, they give good salary hike and bonus. Management is very transparent and you get to work very closely with them.company is growing at fast pace and there is lot opportunities for growth.
