It's a nice company to work with. Especially, the managing director of thr company Mr. Chandresan has extensive experience and knowledge. He sharpens every individual on their strengths. Leave policies are not defined. We should be ready to work without taking leaves. During vivid, we were paid 60% of the salary. I believe, it's a decent compensation when the company had zero transactions.

Dislikes

As the plant is located in Tuticorin, most of the staff are from the same place. They do their tasks in their own way. It would delay the requisites when we need.

Work Details

Am heading the company as a general manager. Am responsible for the profit loss of the company.
