They don't let you learn more than your role. The day you ask for promotion and hike they put some blame on you and terminate you from company. They also make sure you don't get any new job as they will give very bad feedback in your end of service letter.

They ask you to work for late without any compensation. No matter even if you are on leave, you need to work.
