Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

SAP MM Teaching is poor. You will understand more on YouTube. Fees very negotiable as they do not have any quality in their teaching and placement process. Do not expect any interview calls from them after recovering all fees. Every battle you have to lead it by your own. no one will going to help you. Teachers are also same way.
