Increment laps Which was due properly many years,Provided april months full salery then after presented salery provide till now.

Dislikes

Increment and pay revise and pramotion system is very very and very poor of the staff employee like management employee, Casuals /contractors,technicians worker's salery increase time to time and better than engineer/management employee.

Salery date is fix 1 day of every month and plant location just 4 to 5 km from city

All employee didn't get increment from 4-5 years properly,Even in these 5 years a contract worker is getting better increment as compare to engineer. And top management is very harassmental management in every field like casual facility,working culture, festival benefits, Diwali bonus,yearly leaves,and other facility also.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
