Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. company policies are good. they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Manegement gives pressure.

The job is interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
