Everything in simple terms, It is a company which also runs scam process, Management is poor , Operation head is full of herself , Appraisal is a things which is only said in interview , whoever reads this if your are thinking about working here i suggest you better stay unemployed

not punctual in releasing salary culture and activities are great i left the company on a good note served the notice period its been more than 150 days i still did not get my last working months salary where it was promised to be dispatched after 90 days of my notice period horrible experience even after being a part of the company for more than 4 years i dont recommend anyone to uttam mudra

got promoted to process manager without any increment they even charge 5rs for coffee or eat or whatever

FRAUDSTER Harrassment throughout the company esp toward all the female employees ~ Unprofessional, payment not guaranteed, hire & fire policy especially when salaries are due
