I worked there for 2 year, and it was a tough experience. The workplace was full of politics, and many people didn’t act professionally. Senior staff, like those in HIGH MAST (Sujit Ghata) and ST POLE (Asish Hyte), often treated us as if we were beneath them and most staff members weren’t respectful. The canteen was not clean, and the staff acted like they were giving free food, which made the atmosphere unpleasant. Basic facilities like drinking water and proper roads were missing, and there was no proper seating area for engineers. We had to work long 12-hour shifts with little flexibility for personal time or leave. Only 3 leaves during a year. And rest 11 depends upon HODs, and no bonous, no diwali gifts.The HR head, Mr. Poddar, and the security staff were unapproachable, and even the peons behaved with unnecessary authority. I am working here from 2022 during interview HR told salary will be increased but now almost 1.5 yrs over and no scene of salary increase. only false commitment, Transport is very very bad. I wake up at 5AM daily to reach plant, 8AM to 7PM and 9PM to 8PM duty, no facility. Bad food in canteen no refreshment. on 15th August HR asked to come. I have a plant to complain about it.
