salary gets credit on time. it is also not sure that on a specific date salary will come. it comes sometimes 1st week or 2nd week , depends upon CMD availability.

There are so many things to dislike this company. 1. There is no work culture. 2. Here is strict office timing from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. if you late then they will deduct salary. 3. Internal system is not good. Even they do not follow any system. 4. Employee sit long hours only to fulfil their duty . 5. Employee must come on Holidays also. if there is holiday on paper they do not follow. 6. They do not give your full and final amount if you leave this company. 7.Here peoples are only survive , who can butter their seniors. 8. seniors employee give abuse to their junior in front of everyone. 9. Peoples are not happy with management decision or work culture but they can not speak in front of CMD. 10. Employee resign their job within one year. 11. There is no work life balance. Management is very useless. Everyone considers himself a master. The manager shows the car and chain to his junior. No one solves the real problem, everyone does politics by blaming each other, and perhaps the boss also likes the employees who spread oil. 11hr duty

I worked there for 2 year, and it was a tough experience. The workplace was full of politics, and many people didn’t act professionally. Senior staff, like those in HIGH MAST (Sujit Ghata) and ST POLE (Asish Hyte), often treated us as if we were beneath them and most staff members weren’t respectful. The canteen was not clean, and the staff acted like they were giving free food, which made the atmosphere unpleasant. Basic facilities like drinking water and proper roads were missing, and there was no proper seating area for engineers. We had to work long 12-hour shifts with little flexibility for personal time or leave. Only 3 leaves during a year. And rest 11 depends upon HODs, and no bonous, no diwali gifts.The HR head, Mr. Poddar, and the security staff were unapproachable, and even the peons behaved with unnecessary authority.
