Salary, work-life balance, can get work from home option which helps us to take care well about ourselves and family. Team mates are good in communicating, helping in completing the tasks, peers knowledge sharing is good.

Manager do not value an individual's unique efforts, strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I never received any appriciation or valued upraisal from any team. Peers could see my efforts, strength, fast pick up nature, soft skills in communication with team, support to them etc but this was neverbeen recognised by my manager and was given all negative feedback which has impacted a lot in my career and removed all my confidence. I have lost all my self confidence and forgot all my talent by receiving only negative feedbacks after putting all my effort and showing the best performance in the team. Domain knowledge sharing is nill in this organisation. Without any team discussion and without any training over the domain wants us to work as we wish but finally comments will be given as we are inefficient. No team discussion or meetings to share knowledge and to upgrade our thinking. A single person must be capable of doing 5 people work. One person must be domain expert, analyst, programmer, developer and also be capable of delivering the reports in time by preparing decks. I think all companies have same mentality. Companies are focused only on cost cutting never caring about the employees. Team means minimum of 4-5 people must be there to discuss, share and get the work or task completed with minimal errors or no errors. There must be different people for each expertise. One person programmer, one data analyst, one domain expert and one delivering reports. Now a days I am not finding any company have such kind of team. There will be many with all mixed knowledge everything will be half learnt as there is no time for training or money for hiring many people for a single team. Work Details

My work was high challenge for me. It was automating the reports and also doing the data analysis. I have done best in automating, developing using my skill sets which helped in reducing lot of time. Hope I may get recognition one day.
