1) Work culture is good. 2) If you are fresher there is lot of things to learn. 3) Onsite opportunities(But if you are from Malyali or Tamil then only you will get) 4) Flexible shift timing 5) Work form home facility ( If manager is good or project dependency on you) 6) Salary is good

Dislikes

1) No/Very less onsite opportunities for north Indians 2) South Indians are preferred for appreciation as well as other good opportunity (like onsite) first. 3) Not very good hikes. 4) UST only cares about client so everything in the project is according to client. Your leaves, your project work, everything is depend on client only.
