1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. Laptops from 2001 eras are given. Who will feel like working. 10. They get refurbished laptops and give it to the employees, where the employees keep struggling. 11. It's all about the project you were get in. When I joined ust I get into a nice project. After my maternity leave when I rejoined I get into worst project . There was no value for our work . No work life balance. So from my opinion all our feedback comes based on our project .

Dislikes

Not trust on their policies, they can change anytime and its affected on employee's career. They were hire for full remote position last year and currently, they changed their policy like open hybrid or On-site mode. So what about those employee who joined for permanent Remote mode? So don't trust their policies.

Good Management and they will hear you when youre in good project

No Projects in Pipeline. Most of the projects are short term. After every project you have attend multiple rounds to get a new project. Usually, there will be always 2 to 3 months gap for each project assignment. In case there is no project, they will move you to Talent pool and force you to quit the job within two to three months. it doest matter you worked for 3 years or 5 years. The management is really approachable and supportive. Client project are taken only after ensuring that we do have the skill and resource. Any new resource within UST will be onboarded to project only after doing internal interviews and ensuring resource will be capable to take up the work. Management is really approachable and open if we want to change technology or role.

Dislikes

Work life balance was not there in my account, but almost every other account had work life balance. So depends on the project that you are getting onboarded.
