I have been working with Ust for more than 4 years now. My career has progressed steadily over this period. It takes a while to get used to the work culture in here and once you are settled,it’s very employee friendly. Hikes and compensation is not so great however with the kind of work atmosphere I have been provided with, it makes up for the pay hikes. Ample work from home.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
