Company doesn't give salary on time. They hold one month salary and then give it it next month. Very bad management no one listen to your suggestions and inputs. waste of time to work in Usha Shriram. USHA International is not at all related to them so don't even compare.

Work Details

I have worked their for 1 year 6 months but there was no knowledge growth, infact they will ask you to do that work which is not pat of your profile. Over all bad experience in working here. Have worked in many companies but this was the worst
