More politics less motivation. Employees who just do work to be in good books of boss whether it is ethical or unethical even personal work of boss. The employees who is hard working and doing work on time which is beneficial to company but not with his/her immediate boss, they will never ever get appreciation or increment in salaryor timely promotions. Always get demotivated in term work and benefits.
