Management is very very poor in this company, they just want more nd more work from you ,,,nobody gives a damn for your problems,,,it's been 2.5 years no appraisal, even if you completing all your target ,,,and target goes up to 9 lakhs to 55 lakhs ,,,even after decreasing your working area..

The work culture is very good at Usha International Ltd. Colleagues were very friendly and the boss was very helpful, under his leadership our( RBD team) sales figures cross 100% of the monthly target in every month.The training programs are good platform for the learners.Work pressure is totally nill.
