Like everything.....''ESPECIALLY THE ABSOLUTE HEALP MINDED AND KIND ACTING ,PATEHTIC BEHAVIOUR OF THE SO CALLED TL WHO IS NO AWARE OF WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE PROCESS OF ONE OF UIL's CALL CENTER OF NOIDA BRANCH ''. Their is a so called senior who don't even know a single thing about the process and not aware of whats going on the process and the miserable si , he is not willig to take the esclated call of the cust who is in need to coordinate with the senior in relate of your worst service from ASC ,if he tellls him to take the call then he will check our calling time and say its jut a lil time try to entertain the cust lil more time then i will take the call ,LAST BUT THE LEAST the worstest a person can bear is taking his pride down, that so called senior guy who has no idea how to talk to a person and from a person like him expecting to treat his junior employee is farthest thing someone can expect in their life, the only thing he do on floor is roam here & there and shout like anything ....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
