Sales, product and Project Management teams are never in sync - what causes a chaos once the Project is underway as sales pitched some feature without confirming product and management team - now that does not work. Work-life balance need to be better- most of the folks who are serious about work they log in from 10.00 AM till 11.30PM for some its even late in the night. Few of the architects think themselves as gods due to whatever reason and are very arrogant in nature. They think they are irreplaceable and want everyone to be at their feet. the new policy about bonus is more like how to loose your bonus. just for saving money they put resources on the roles that are 2-3 years more than the actual year of experience. 2-3 years exp person will be a senior developer in the project and 3-4 years will be a team lead....Read More

The support for employees is inconsistent, and the treatment of individuals with medical or personal challenges lacks empathy and understanding.
