Nothing to like about. Its just an average small company working on some bizzare idea promoting as green future, sustainbility etc etc..

Dislikes

- work is pretty mundane. Very manual work. Staffs need to justify delivery delays to offshore teams where they themselves have no control over, that creates hell lot of frustation for no fault of anyone. Management simply turns a blind eye bcoz whole idea is so screwed up. - no understanding among teams, they prefer to engage in ticket assigning games. They just wants to get their hands off the tasks. - slaary is pretty low. hikes are meagre. Switching to other firms not easy with this exp. - no supports from concerned people. most of the people leave quite soon....Read More

If you work hard you have a lot of opportunity to grow. work is visible to top management. Moving between teams is easy and upper management is skilled.
