Likes

Nothing to like in urban ladder, neither employees nor work environment. The worst work culture they have built over there. They never appreciate your efforts but always ready to pull you down.

Dislikes

They built mental pressure unnecessary to their employees. Not a single cooperate, support. Very very very worst company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
