This company and its management seem to lack clear goals or direction. they appear uncertain about where they want to go. Many employees have been working here for 5-20 years, yet their contribution often seem negligible. Unfortunately, management seems to blindly follow these ineffective individuals. The HR policies are deeply flawed and restrictive, creating an environment that feels more like a prison than a workplace. Employees are micromanaged to an extreme degree-break times are closely monitored, and even trips to the washroom are timed. If your break exceeds an hour, half a day's leave is deducted. Moreover, there is no flexibility; being late or leaving early, even by a small margin, requires a half-day leave application. Job security is non-existent. Toxic work culture. There is high level of micromanagement. Not recommended for freshers. They don't allow one to learn and complete the training. No work-life balance and no proper leave policy and flexibility.
