This company is an absolute disaster. The politics here are toxic, with management playing favorites and completely disregarding anyone not in their inner circle. If you want to watch your career stagnate while others get promoted for doing nothing, this is the place for you. Job security? Forget it. You’re always one bad day away from being tossed aside. Employee care? Zero. Communication is a joke, and any concerns are met with indifference. If you actually work hard, expect to be rewarded with a mountain of extra tasks, not praise or growth. Employees of other team they are really good and supportive And this is only UPS LOGISTICS related work so there is no involvement of third party client.

Higher management is worst, if you perform very well they didn't appreciate you, instead of they findings error. Feeling demotivate on working hours, they force you to complete impossible task, and wait back after working hours Breaks are restricted. Transport- transport is worst ever, they didn't pick and drop you on location andadmin not listed employees chooses concern. Overall UPS is not EMPLOYEES friendly. There is nothing over here to like about. Full on partiality and favouritism by Management. HR is the most useless person over here. No job security due to recent layoffs my friend a good performer lost his job. Collection Manager is busy to build his own empire by promoting useless people around him

Working since 2.5 years and what has been seen is terrible, no one is interested in helping others grow but think about themselves. Our collection Manager promoted his Girlfriend when other suitable candidate were there. Promotion is a myth in UPS pune. Only setting and setting. AM's are useless and TL's are helpless and everyone are looking for job change. I will not recommend anyone to join UPS if you are looking for growth. please don't join this organization there is no proper management, those who work hard honestly they will give more work to them and promotion to other people who just coome to office act like they are working so hard and get promoted only because they have good connections in management managers don't even give feedback to you on your performance and keep setting expectations

Good salary paid correctly every month. very good office location. Leaves are there but even difficulties in taking manager approval. They give free coffee, tea, some benefits you may like, nice new office, very fun events in office.

The work culture, mainly disrespect from manager and HR, any grievance we want to report, they foolish talk, HR not have understanding. Management does not know anything about technology manager working style or what they do on daily basis. There is less recognition I can see or some growth. The HR do lot of verfication checks before joining, we sharing documents multiple times. Monitoring is there, 6 months probation period is there, termination is there, favoritsm is there. There is lot of improvement require for them compare with IT industry. No job security, beware manager will toss you if manager diesntlike you ,he will put you to down,after 15 days ,HR will throw you in 7 days termination notice policy .If you are dont have another offer in hand, it may risk your career....Read More

I have worked for 3 year only Marathi guys are getting promoted. The Management in pune was too bad. Only those are close with the manager are getting promoted. All the manager and supervisors are playing politics with the lower people. 0 growth opportunities

Well you will get ton of knowledge out there about operation as well how to handle customs and interactions with foreign countries customers.

Dislikes

Well they hire people on third party pay rolls and still they wait for a vacancy to hire a staff from third party even if she/he have all knowledge of operating system there .
