This company and this Collection Manager is a nightmare for everyone. Only one person is getting benefitted from him and everyone knows who she is. Again that is his personal choice he can do whatever he wish to but please stop torturing others. We all will be definitely leaving this organisation just give us something. The policy claims to be an "Open Door Policy," but the question remains: open for whom? Our director, Jon Dillon, wanted a skip-level meeting to address challenges we were facing, and we shared our concerns openly. However, since then, it feels like the management is only increasing the pressure on us. How does it make sense to approach us for feedback and then make the situation worse? Honestly, this company is becoming unbearable, and so are some of the managers, especially the Collection Manager. Today, he conducted a meeting in which he openly threatened employees, claiming he knew how to use company policies against us, leaving us powerless. If we take any unapproved leave he will fire us from job he said and will make sure we suffer, seriously are you a Manager. This is deeply concerning, and I believe higher management, like Carol, should step in and support the employees. This individual is single-handedly dragging the company and its processes into the ground. Half of the employees have already left, and the rest will follow soon if this toxic environment continues. Many have warned against joining this organization, and I echo their sentiments—especially with the collection process, which is the worst. It's baffling how a manager can openly state that he knows how to exploit company policies against employees. I've worked at other organizations, but the level of mismanagement here is unprecedented. To make matters worse, this manager exhibits clear bias, offering leave to Muslim employees for their festivals while refusing the same accommodation for Hindu festivals. Salary on time. Flexible work from home though you must have physical presence for 3 days a week. Good for freshers to kickstart their career.
Managers and above are not technical nor functional. Most of them has literally no idea about what's happening in the application. Hikes and promotions will be a joke. Not much support for upskilling. Most of the days we will have late night calls. Job security is below average.

CTG Package for freshers is too good and major part CTG is basic salary which they provide maximum high which helps to contri to PF more.
Management favouritism while promoting. They will enjoy the parties with company fund but when it comes to budget they layoffs employees saying revenue loss, which is unfair. Also we get hell increment.
